commonnote.app is now CommonNote's home. Everything from the old introduction site (jaeyoonsung.github.io/commonnote) has moved here and been split into pages.
What changes
- Nothing changes once you are signed in — commonnote.app still opens your workspace directly.
- When you are signed out, the homepage appears first; use Log in at the top right.
- New pages: Features, Pricing, Download, Security, Guide and this News board.
Updated Privacy Policy and Terms
From September 27, 2026 an updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Use apply. We do not collect anything new; we now spell out everything the law requires:
- International transfers (our server is in Oracle Cloud Osaka, Japan) and the list of processors
- Privacy officer, how to exercise your rights, security measures, cookies and remedies
- Diagnostic logs are now kept for at most 90 days
- The Terms add the operator and merchant of record (Paddle), withdrawal and refunds, notice of changes and governing law
