Before you pay.
How far does the free plan go?
There is no limit on notes or features. Attachment storage (photos, video, PDFs…) is capped at 100 MB; above that only new uploads pause. You can always read, export and delete what you have.
How do I sign up?
Sign up with a username, password and email, then press the button in the confirmation email and you can start right away.
Who bills me?
On the web, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment, tax and invoices. CommonNote never receives or stores your card number. Subscribe and manage billing from Plan & billing inside the app.
Cancellation and refunds?
Cancel any time from Manage billing & invoices; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer law — see the Terms.
What is a seat?
A member who can join the team workspace. The owner invites and removes members, and the storage is shared by the whole team.
If I downgrade, is anything deleted?
No. Existing files are never deleted automatically; only new attachment uploads pause until you are back under the limit.
