Before you install
- Account
- Every device uses the same CommonNote account — no separate sign-up in the Mac or iPhone app.
- Installing on Mac
- Open the .dmg and drag CommonNote into Applications. The app is notarized by Apple, so it opens without warnings.
- Updates
- The web app is always current after a reload; the Mac app checks for and installs new versions at launch.
